Frustrating experience but the job got done

My initial rep left the week that I was assigned to him. Not sure if he just quit or got fired. I had to call to get the new reps info. She was very freindly. I was also told that the charge would be $1200 and ship within 2 weeks, by my initial rep. Then I was told that it would ship out the first Friday, even better, I thought. It didn't and I had to call to find that info out. Then 5 weeks later and $500.00 more, the car finally shipped out. During the 5 week waiting period I was told the car would be picked up several times by several different carriers. It never was and we were ready to cancel the whole thing becuase they coulnd't get it shipped out and we were on a time crunch. I initially thought I left plenty of time to get it done. The day that I was ready to cancel they finally had someone confirm. Again, it was $500 more than the initial quote. The carrier was fantastic. He picked up the car when he said he would and actually was early at the drop off point. The car was damage free
