Great customer service

This is the third time we have used this carrier, and each time the customer service has been great. This time I worked with Kimberly Freiley and she was very prompt in responding to my questions and concerns, and made sure that we were able to get our original quoted price. The only problem we had was with the driver - for both the pickup and dropoff he called to say he would be there in 30 minutes and then did not show up for over three hours. But I know that the driver operates independently from the shipping group, and all of the service from Auto Shipping Group was exceptional.
