The whole process with Auto Transport 123 and their carrier was very stressful. Shipping the car from Florida to Southern California. The Carrier that they used was called MCI. AT123 quoted me $225 for the 1st deposit and it ended up being $350 (they said that the driver needed more upfront fees since it was going to cost more for gas and it being so far). I didn't complain since I was in a rush to get this car moved. I gave AT123 two full weeks to get ready for this transaction. I told them that the pick up date needed to be done on Friday 8/29/14 and it didn't happen. I called the carrier and they didn't seem to understand English very well and didn't have a clue about what vehicle was assign to them on that day. After many many fail attempts to get a hold of the driver, they finally picked up and said that they thought the car was suppose to be picked up on Sunday 8/31/14, I was very disappointed that I got stuck with this Carrier that they used MCI. My mother in law was moving back to LA from Florida and her flight was on Sunday and that was the main reason why I needed the car to be picked up on Friday, she waited all day on Friday for the driver to show up and they never came. They don't call, the date promised is not date of delivery, they don't return calls, and they are very rude. To end this review, I would just say that i just don't understand why they would tell me they have their own drivers and trucks and then use another company hmmmm...

We give a 3 day window for every customers pick up. This car was picked up Picked-up: 09/02/14 12:11 pm. First available date being 8/30. Furthermore no one ever quoted you a reservation , you were guaranteed a rate which was 1450 and which never changed which never does. You say you didn't speak to the driver yet there are multiple communications between you and the driver on record. MCI is a top network carrier which we use weekly and as you can see are zero negative feedback has every been left for them. You just cant please some people..
