I received several calls from different shipping companies, but Auto Shipping Group Inc. provided the most stellar customer service among them all. Alexandra Nelson was my agent and I was really glad and thankful that she was assigned to take care of my order. She was very polite to talk to. She was very honest in communicating with me on what to expect regarding pick-up dates, carrier availability, and pricing. She gave me updates frequently either through the phone or via email. She found a carrier in time and my car was picked up within reasonable time frame. Alexandra continued to get in touch with me to make sure that my car was successfully and safely delivered. I will definitely avail Auto Shipping Group Inc.'s services again if ever I need to ship a car in the future. I highly recommend this company and I'm thankful to Alexandra Nelson.
