Desiree at National Transport was AWESOME! She was my contact from start to finish. She offered me more information than I thought to even ask when I called for a quote and stuck with her price. Since it was right before a holiday weekend (Labor Day) when I called (8/29/14) I was surprised that I got such a quick response. Lisa called me on Tuesday (9/2/14) to confirm they had a driver and to confirm they could charge my credit card. There was 1 day delay from what I was originally told, but that was just a little confusion due to the Holiday, not a big deal. I still got my Harley within 3 days of pick up (picked up 9/4, delivered 9/6). My Harley was just as I left him in Colorado (dirty from the rain & sleet I went through & still leaking oil from the hole I put in my motor). In addition, the driver contacted both Harley dealers (pick up/drop off locations) and worked out the details with them direct so I didn't have to be the middle man.

I was especially impressed that when I explained my situation regarding the shipping company I originally started with, which jerked me around for a week, Desiree was very understanding of my concerns from the get go and made it a point to make me feel comfortable about them taking care of my baby. She responded to all my emails very quickly and kept reassuring me that my baby was in good hands. I really appreciated that Desiree took the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. (Thanks again Desiree, you are awesome!!!)

I would HIGHLY recommend National Transport (especially Desiree) to anybody who rides. They treat your baby like you treat your baby :)
