Chris was great when I first called and put me at ease about my car being shipped.
There were a few bumps near the pickup date. Chris was not as efficient getting back to me for the confirmation of pickup date and I had to keep reaching out to him. Always courteous, he gave me the driver info but gave me the bad news it was $100 more than quoted. I agreed. The transport company came on the day set up and he told me he would deliver the car on Sunday, the day before I was to arrive. I called the driver a few times and he always picked up. He told me he was delayed a few days due to a weight problem and would arrive on Tuesday, which he did.
