Even on my initial phone call to request a quote, Alan patiently explained what's involved in the moving process so that I could plan my schedule accordingly and make an informed decision on transport. He patiently and knowledgeably answered all of my questions regarding pricing, how to make the dropoff go smoothly even though I won't be at the destination in time, etc.

If you want patient staff who are willing to answer your questions as a "newbie" shipper like me, then I recommend Alan and East West.
