Overall an Okay Experience

My quoted price was increased the day before I needed my car picked up and felt that I really had no choice but to accept it. I worked with Dale and at times I felt like he didn't listen or understand what I was telling him. I specifically said I needed my car within a time frame NOT to include it being there before me. Sooooo I get a call and it's Dale with a carrier who says my car will be in Texas before I am there. Ok but who is going to pick up my car and pay the carrier?? I made it clear that I am moving to a new state where I know no one. Back to the drawing board.

He then calls me and says he'll work on getting another carrier. During this conversation he asked if I am still seeking out other companies. Well, yeah. He then made some rude comment about them charging me more and if I want to raise the price then he could do that and get me a carrier.*rolls eyes* I didn't respond to that.

He calls me the next day with a carrier and mentions the price increase. I go with it because I need my car to arrive in Texas and at this point it was too late to go with another company. The carrier was late picking up my car. I was originally told mid-day on Wednesday but they never showed up. Finally, they arrived on Thursday afternoon. This, of course, is no fault of Ship-A-Car so no slight on them for the carrier's mistake.

The only good thing to come from this process is that my car arrived on the day I wanted it to and it showed up completely unharmed.
