We really didn't need our car shipped at any specific time and were not in a hurry. We did end up paying more than the initial estimate. However, our Broker - Joel - was very efficient and was great in explaining the process to us (this was the first time we ever shipped a car). Also, we feel Joel answered all of our questions honestly and quickly - whether by phone or answering my text messages. It was because of Joel that we ended up feeling comfortable with our decision to go with Mercury as our transport company and would use them again for the exact same reason.
