Jim responded to me in no more than an hour each time I contacted him. He was friendly and professional. The driver, Walter, was at both appointments before me. This surprised me since I'm always early. He was also very friendly and professional. If I move across the country again, I would definitely call Jim! He moved my vehicles when others gave me a run around and over charged! Thanks, Jim!
