First time using a car transport broker and all in all it went well. A bit of a hiccup early when I got a call saying they had a driver who could pick it up that day. Since I'm in Ca. and the car was in NY I wasn't able to make arrangements quickly enough. There were some communication issues, i.e. calls not returned for a day or two/ Then the primary contact at Auto Shipping Group, left their employment and Kimberly picked up my account. She emailed me to inform me of the change and returned calls / responded to emails promptly. When she had a pickup available, she called me and then coordinated with the person in NY who was going to provide access to the vehicle for the driver. The one glitch if you want to call it that, was the driver calling me the night before saying he'd be at my home early to drop it off. This might present a problem for some people if they didn't have the foresight to of gotten a certified check or cash beforehand, as at the time of the call most if not all banks would be closed.

Overall, I'd use them again and would contact Kimberly as the service she provided was excellent, her predecessor, not so much
