When we were looking to transport our daughter's car, we were very nervous as we had never done it before. We spent three days getting quotes, looking at BBB reviews, transport.com reviews and talking to various companies. It was soo much that we almost decided to drive the car to Alabama ourselves. We finally picked Direct Transport's website and got a quote that was in the middle of the quotes I had gotten. They seemed to have the better reviews out of all the various sites we looked at.

We got an online quote and made the reservation on line. It was very ease. 2 days before pickup we got the email with the driver's cell number. The day of delivery, I was going to be in a meeting at the time of pickup so the driver decided to come to me earlier to make sure he was able to get the car from me. He contacted my daughter 24 hours before dropping the car off to her. On the day of the drop off he called her several time to let her know he was stuck in traffic and would be late.

He ended up being much later than expected at no fault of his own. The car that was to be dropped off before hers, the people were not there and held the driver up for about 2 hours. He did keep in contact with my daughter the whole time to let her know how long he would be.

The car finally arrived, the way it left. Though we were very nervous about this whole process, we were very pleased with the service and with the driver. If we ever have to transport a car again we will go through Direct Express.
