Terrible Experience from the start

The car shipping service with National was painful. I was told our car would be picked up in 2 days and it was picked up 10 days later. 2 truck drivers cancelled on route before the 3rd finally arrived as they did not want to drive to our location. Dispatch should have provided pertinent information. All company personnel at Corporate were extremely nice but they did not communicate at all. I felt I was the dispatcher constantly calling the drivers to get updates. No one ever reached out to me. Additionally no one ever told me the driver upon delivery would need cash on the spot. Our car arrived at 7:30 PM on a Sunday night and I had to then try to make money transfers and get cash from an ATM. This was extremely inconvenient. I was lucky to have cash available but what if I did not?

The best part of the process was our 3rd driver Victor. He was extremely patient, helpful, and communicative. He is a very hard worker and arrived only a day and a half after car pick up.

Would not recommend this company. They have a lot of improvements to make.
