I went into this experience with no knowledge of the industry or process, Ship a Car Direct was upfront and gave me the information I needed so there were no surprises. They were in the higher cost range but based on previous users ratings, their BBB rating of A+ and my peace of mind, it was greatly worth the cost. They have great short informational videos and my contact Tom kept me informed at each step with emails and phone calls. I would recommend them highly.
