DISHONEST!! DO NOT USE!

DISHONEST!! BEWARE! They will quote you a low price ($625) that they cannot meet and then raise the price to (they raised to $725) without telling you. When I confronted about the price increase Bill became abrasive stating no one would pick up for that price and was very rude and talked over me not allowing me to get a word in. If a driver couldn't pick up the car for the price they originally quoted me then they should have never given me that quote or accepted the order in the first place! Also, before placing my order I specifically asked if they would be able to meet the day and time restrictions I had for pick up and they said they would be able to no problem at all just to get my business and said I could choose which drivers to say yes or no too. Then they dispatched a driver on a day that pick up was not available and charged my card without authorization and I never agreed to the driver. Then I got a lecture from Bill saying that they can't work with this time restrictions even though I had specifically inquired if they would be able to before I placed the order. Rotten company. Now I am waiting for my refund. They are giving me problems with that too. They tried to refund me for a lower price ($150) then what they charged me ($195). I have receipt and charges on my acct as proof of what they charged me. Do yourself a favor and save a headache and don't do business with this dishonest company. I should have just flown out and driven the car myself and avoided this mess to begin with. Update 8/30/14: Bill said he would cancel the order and issue me a refund in 5-7 days that was on 8/11/14. I posted a negative review on transportreviews.com and was contacted by Joseph Reynosa right away who said they would refund me my deposit and would give me an extra $50 if I decided to remove the negative review. I told him I did not want to remove neg review it but wanted my refund and he said the refund would be issued by Friday 8/30/14. Friday refund not issued & I called again and told it would be credited by end of business day. Never issued! Called on 8/30/14 next day and spoke with Joeseph who said he would send me an email for accounting to handle. I recieved an email from him saying now I have to contact the owner for a refund. Ridiculous! It's two weeks later and I still have no refund. I have filed a claim with my bank for unauthorized charge. Beware!! Update 11/16/14. I reported them to the better business bureau and they attempted to resolve my complaint by sending me a check in the mail. Never received the check and waited for several weeks. Dispute was not resolved. Ended up getting reimbursed by my bank for unauthorized charge by this company.
