My Experience with South Beach Transport

We shipped a Honda Element from my son's home in Lonetree Co. to Mission Viejo, Ca.
First was the challenge in choosing the Broker. I had over 30 brokers contact or sending quotes over to me. I started doing some research on them, and it didn't take long to narrow that list down. The stories made me think of getting on a plane and driving it back myself. The quotes came in as low as $545.00 to $825.00. I read about some brokers low balling you and getting a deposit. Then they would pick up your vehicle and sit on it for a week or so. When you contact them they would tell you the trucks are full. Your now are contracted because they're holding your deposit. They'll call you back with an opening at a $150.00 up charge. At this point you do it.

I read good reviews about South Beach, and Robert stayed on it. He contacted me about 8 times, and I told him I didn't want leave a deposit, and he said they would pick up the Element at my sons on 8/14 or 8/15 before noon. They said it would be delivered on Wed, 8/20. They picked it up on Friday 8/15 at 11:00 in CO. I received a call from Carlos, AKA Speedy the driver on 8/16 in the late afternoon. Carlos asked if he could deliver our vehicle on Sunday 8/17 by 1:00. I couldn't believe only 2 days and Carlos delivered it at 12:15 in Mission Viejo, Ca. at our home.

My experience was great! From Robert who worked out the transportation and follow up with us, to Carlos ( Speedy ) who was honest, courteous, & knowledgeable. He was 3 days early, and our vehicle arrived in the same condition as it left.

I rate South Beach Transport 5 Stars & and I'd use them again.
