they stated, "...we review every carrier and weed out more than 75% who don't meet our elite standards." I can only assume their CEO doesn't own a dictionary or speak english because their use of the word elite is extremely inappropriate and inaccurate. The company they set me up with, "Brothers Transport LLC", damaged my vehicle and then denied it. As best as I could tell, Brother's Transport LLC is an eastern european owned business because not one person I spoke with while trying to get them to resolve the situation (and in dealing with the delayed delivery) spoke fluent english. In addition, every person I dealt with at Brothers Transport was extremely rude. When I called to find out why my vehicle was several days late, someone answered the phone as follows: "Yeah?".....(me)"Is this Brothers Transport?"....(them) "What?"....etc etc...eventually I was able to ask where my vehicle was and they said "I don't know, you have to call Serg (the driver)"....almost as if they were running a business on their spare time out of a house, using cell phone no proper business decorum.
So my vehicle showed up damaged and I marked it on the bill of lading and the driver immediately stated, "that's not my responsibility".....WHAT?....it wasn't damaged before and now it is...how is that not their fault?

TERRIBLE experience and "Ship A Car Direct" obviously doesn't screen their carriers.....unless there's some other eastern european defiinition of "elite" that really means "sh!tty".

And Ship a car direct's "Damage Free Guarantee" is a joke. They will only reimburse you $500 if the shipper doesn't pay...First of all, $500 might get your car detailed, but good luck finding any body shop that will fix a damaged body panel for $500....secondly, you have to go through all the hassle of getting the vehicle fixed....."Damage Free Guarantee"???? idiots.
