From start to finish, Anne was excellent at communicating with me and coordinating this move. My original target date was 8/25/2014 for this vehicle to be picked up. My initial contact with Anne was on 8/12/2014, and based on previous experience, my expectations were it would be 2 to 3 weeks minimum before a driver gets assigned. On 8/18/2014, I received a call from Anne that a driver had been found and could pick the car up that day, much to my surprise. Throughout the process Anne maintained constant contact, work with me in a short notice timeframe, and enlisted a very professional driver to transport my car. The car was picked up at 3:30 pm on 8/18/2014, and delivered on 8/19/2014 at 12:30 pm, less than 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of shipping a vehicle, and would rate Anne as a very professional, courteous, customer serviced based individual, whom I would definitely use again when I need to transport a vehicle.
