I had heard stories of peoples vehicles showing up late and I was very nervous about this. I was surprised how helpful the agent (Brenda) was and that she offered to allow me to track the vehicle. I was told the same drives who picked it up would drop it off. The driver also was a very nice person and happy to accomodate my schedule. The car showed up EARLY and no issues! THANKS
