I will never use this company again. I have told everyone I know to not use them including the company that paid for my move.

I was giving inaccurate information on the location of my vehicle during transport, then told my car had been confused with another car. I was told multiple times I would be called back in 5 minutes- or right after I get a hold of the driver. I always called back to follow up. I finally quit dealing with Roy completely.

I had to pay the barge company when my car got here after I had been originally told it was all taken care of- why the hell did I pay a broker to line this all up? I could have done better on my own.

I was told delvery was delayed because of weather, but then was told by the barge company that the driver had lost my key.

Once I received my car it was not even running right anymore- I had just had it serviced before I left. It was low on oil, idiling high and leaking fluid.

Also, the key FOB that had been lost by the driver and then found looks and feels like it has been run over multiple times. If I do not put it into the ignition just so- it does not insert all the way due to the plastic being completely jacked up.

My antenna is also missing- however the barge company said they would refund me for replacement.

Would have been better off selling my car and buying once I got to Alaska.
Never again.
