Went off without a hitch. We hadn't shipped a car before, and based on the online reviews and descriptions I was wary.

But Tom from Ship A Car Direct saved me a lot of time and hassle by explaining how the business works. Once you understood the nature of the business, many of the things that people online seemed to be freaking out about became more understandable - and avoidable.

We had a big SUV we needed moving. The guy with the truck picked it up at the time and location we agreed upon, then delivered it on time, intact. That's what we wanted, that's what we got. I would use them again.
