Company (AT123 Auto Transport) was a broker, but did not identify upfront even when asked. Funds were taken from account before car was loaded. Coordination between telecaller and front office was lacking. Needed to call many times to ensure proper coordination. Glad delivery driver and company worked to ensure timely delivery. Driver was H&F Transportation, they delivered as promised. Yes AT 123 did offer me a chance to get in a raffle to get reimbursed my broker fee but only if I gave a 5 star rating.
