my dispatch contact was very communicative and available for questions, answering phone calls and emails promptly. My car was picked up on a Sunday, and the driver said he would be to the destination by Friday. And he was. In addition, my location had changed slightly, and it was no problem communicating with him and meeting him in a new location. My car was not damaged and it had not been driven or otherwise tampered with. Just a little dirty, which is understandable considering how far it had come.

Full disclosure, customers are offered a $30 rebate to give a review. Understand that on $1000 shipment of a $20,000 item, if there was anything wrong it would take way more than $30 to coerce me to lie about it.
