I just love working with Bill. It's his company and he runs it his way. He is a straight shooter. He's very upfront about his cost that does not change. He gets his cut and then works on getting the absolute lowest price possible for transport. I was blown away with getting a car shipped down the entire coast for such a low cost. He has even let me listen to him negotiate the price down.

Most companies are just call centers with people working who could honestly care less about you. It's about the money they are making. I made the mistake of working with one of these companies years ago. It took months to get my car picked up because they priced it so low no carrier would even consider it. Then I had to work with several different people. I would have to explain the situation to each person. The person I had first worked with had quit.

Do yourself a favor and work with Bill. He's a little rough around the edges, I like that. It's the attitude needed to get these carriers to work right for your best interest. It's only him and he answers his phone even when out to dinner!

He has his list of carriers that he will not work with. This is important. If a carrier doesn't come through as promised for one of his customers he will not work with them again. This insures your satisfaction.
