Good Experience, good company to ship a car

Ship-A-Car Direct made this car shipping experience very easy. Shipping a car is very stressful, but Emily from Ship-A-Car Direct made sure to give me peace of mind by promptly answering all of my questions. They have a few short videos available that provide you answers to most of your questions; nonetheless, I had more questions and they answered them all.

I didn't want to give my phone number to avoid marketing call and pushy brokers, but Ship-A-Car Direct has a way to talk to you without giving your number, using a website.

After they give you the carrier information, they don't disappear. They stay with you every step of the way.

The driver was one day late (after they said they would pick up) but I could tell he was busy. He was very nice and communicated with me about the delay. Although he was late, he drove my car across country in 4 days, which was a surprise. That was a day early than what was promised, so it balanced it out.

They are offering a rebate and this review is part of it. However, I would have done a review about this experience anyway. Knowing how stressful this can be, I wanted to tell others about Ship-A-Car Direct and the good experience they gave me. They are certainly the way to go.

Based on my good experience with them, I would certainly use them again if needed and recommend them to friends and family.
