From the first contact with Olivia to the delivery of our vehicle, this was a pleasant experience. From the time we chose Auto Shipping Group to the time our vehicle was delivered, was a total of 7 days. The pickup day to the delivery day was 2 days. Olivia stayed on this, and was in constant contact with us and the drivers until she had us all lined up. A very sweet and caring individual to make sure we were completely satisfied. She insisted that we contact her with any concerns, any time, that she didn't want us to worry at all, she had it under control. And she did. Thank you Olivia, you were true to your word, you were working for us, and you delivered. this was our second time dealing with Auto Shipping, the first was w/ Red Carpet, and we have been extremely satisfied and would come to you first before looking any where else. Excellent service. Thanks. Our delivery guys were wonderful too! We were surprised to find our vehicle came in an enclosed trailer, from Georgia to New York, in some rainy weather, but the vehicle was dry and safe. And added unexpected bonus! We were blessed with an excellent experience!
