First time experience, overall pretty seamless

This was a group effort to transport a car from CA to FL for our college bound students. I did original Internet research, secured Ship a Car Direct and then had business travel that left the remainder of this transaction to my wife in my absence.

With price points about the same ($700-1500), I went middle of the road. Matt, from Ship A Car Direct, was a consummate professional even when the news was less than stellar. Regular emails provided me information and education about the process of transporting a car, of any changes in my original schedule all while as confirmations along the way.

In fact, when here were unavoidable truck mechanical problems, Matt proactively found another carrier who provided professional, quality service while still meeting the original delivery time frame - all while on a family vacation! The transportation team CLOSELY examined the car before shipping and then we examined the car, together upon delivery. they provided options for pickup that made my life easier.

The car was collected in CA on Sunday and arrived in FL on Friday, 5 days later.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ship a car Direct and especially Matt. When the time arises for car transportation services, I will gladly use this company again.
