I moved back down to Florida from Connecticut and needed a way to ship my car. I looked online for a BBB rated transport service, and found Ameri-freight. Overall I would say my experience was average. I never shipped my car before so there were a lot of expectations I had and a lot of questions I had. Both Jordan and David took care of me and answered all my questions whether through email or returned phone calls. There was one point in time I had a phone tag game going on with David, but despite the annoyance of always getting my voicemail he'd keep trying to call me back.
The price they said they could find for me was exactly what they did find. Although the way they present the price is a little confusing. They include the price of the transport and deposit. I was thinking the price they offered was all the transport. However they politely explained it to me and we got the ball rolling. To sum up, I would say that my experience met my expectations and that both Jordan and David were extremely polite and helpful to me. If I ever have to ship a car again I would go through Ameri-freight, and would recommend them to anyone else looking.
