The process turned out to be much simpler than I anticipated. I got that sense of honesty the first time I talked to David over the phone. Although the delivery was one day longer than expected, the service was very good overall. It is not easy to transport a car from the Silicon Valley to Boston at a very competitive price like David offered. I learned that being patient made the whole thing easier for me and the people transporting the car.
