The true value of a great customer service is when things are not proceeding according to the plan. Malia McClain did a terrific job to get things back on track.

There was some misunderstanding in the rates and pick up but she honored the original agreement. Additionally, in her brief absence Angie Jetmore picked up the discussion and provided super prompt response. I am truly pleased with the way they took care of the move. I am in a customer facing role and understand how valuable customer satisfaction is in retaining business.

The carrier picked up the car on time and delivered a couple of days earlier which is always helpful.
