so I called 6 weeks before my move and Kristin gave me a quote for $1150 I assign a contract right away and she got my credit card information, she assured me the price is fixed and it may be cheaper than $1150 based on her 7 years of experience of doing this, a week before my move I called to make sure everything is going well, Kristin didn't pick up I left a message, an hour later a guy called and said no body is willing to take your car for 1150 the cheapest is $1450, I called Kristin and again she didn't answer ( she knew my number) I called with a different phone and she picked up!!!!!!!!!
they told me they will come on the May 17th to pick up my car, I waited and waited, I called the imovers more than 10 times but no answer, I had to do a search online to find the drivers phone number, I called the driver and surprisingly he didn't even know he has to come and pick up my car, he said he will come tomorrow to pick up the car, I rented a car which I paid $95 because I thought he will pick up my car the same day, next day the driver called and said you have to come to my location!!!! I was like this is door to door quoting and he said it is not you have to come here, I had to drive 5 miles and then get a cab to come back home!, they said my car will be deliver in 5-7 days, it took 10 days, then they said you need to get a cab and pick up the car 80 miles away!!!! I refused and I start yelling at them, finally an Asian girl asked me if she can drive my car to my location and I had to sign a waiver for liability insurance!
Just AVOID this companyyy!

In response to this review from Pouria. The customer did request a quote 2 months in advance. Unfortunately, the rates for this particular lane of traffic increased in that time frame. I advised Pouria of this and told him I would find him the best price possible. I did advise him he was not charged anything and was not held into a contract with us. He asked me to continue working for him which I did. The customer became very irate several times on the phone and through email, but we continued to work hard and communicate with Pouria. He was assigned to a carrier and agreed on the price. Because of the inconvenience, we gave him a discount on our Broker fee. He was sent a Dispatch notice with the carriers name, phone number and email address and did not have to look them up on the internet for their information as we provide this to all of our customers when a driver is assigned. Unfortunately the driver was delayed going cross country which can happen. We did apologize numerous times to the customer.
