it wasn't a bad transaction at all, first i got this guy named jordan and he helped me through the process of how it all works and then he sent me quotes of carriers that wanted to pick up my car higher or lower than my offer to get it picked up. amerifreight sent an email before they called saying they found a carrier to pick it up and then you just confirm all the information with them and an insurance plan is a good idea too. they also switched representatives on me too which was weird but still the same good customer service, everything worked out well.
