We were skeptical of using ANY transport company and decided on AutoStar Transport because of the customer service agent who directed us to this review site; The reviews were very good . The communication between all parties was excellent. Our daughter's car was shipped from Michigan to California and arrived earlier than expected. They made the process less stressful. The driver, Ari, took pictures of the car before leaving our neighborhood, indicating to us that he takes pride in his work, carefully securing the car to the truck (which was a first class vehicle) and most importantly , he answered his phone when we called!! We would definitely use AutoStar Transport again.
