Accepted my last second move request

I was being transferred from IL to TX for work, and I was originally planning to drive my vehicle. My plans were switched last second, and I had less than a week to find a car carrier. I had requested quotes/delivery information from numerous companies, but all were either unable to handle my request or was too expensive. Many also continued to contact afterwards for much later dates, although my shipping and receiving dates were concrete.

When I contacted Direct Express Auto Transport, they were able to give me a price and an ETA right on the spot. They provided a few options of an economy and expedited move, covered/uncovered, etc. I booked with them right away, and my contact person Jessie provided me with all the information I needed. The whole process was very simple. My vehicle was picked up the following day and delivered within a few days from then.

The driver was very courteous by updating me with status of the vehicle. He was very professional and handled my car very carefully (which was lowered and more difficult to load/unload).

I recommend this company to everyone and will like to use them again for future vehicle movements.
