At this time I can only comment on the initial contact and follow-up appointment process with my broker Malia as my car has not been picked up yet.

From the first call I made and conversation I had with Malia, she treated me with respect and a level of sincerity and care that was truly honest. I like to ask a lot of questions, and she answered each one without making me feel rushed. She let me lead the conversation and that is an art. She also shared with clarity how this crazy process works. But she did it in an interactive conversational manor rather than a speech. By involving me in the process she made me feel more confident in my care as a customer.

Of the dozen or so brokers I spoke to, Malia stood out as the person I felt would truly take care of my best interests.

Although Auto Shipping Group has offered me the possibility of wining a gift, that in no way could have or would have made a difference in my comments.

MALIA 360-853-2806 OVER SIX YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH MY COMPANY, AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND EVENINGS FOR QUOTES....THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!! Faith, you have no idea how great it makes me feel to hear such wonderful things about myself........LOL! I love my job, and I care. From what I have been told by several customers is there are so many pushy sales people in this industry who only care about putting money in their pocket, and could care less about integrity. My job is to educate my customers, treat them with respect, and do the best I can to make them feel comfortable during this sometimes stressful process.
