I am so grateful to Ali at AmeriFreight for providing such amazing customer service, and giving me a sense of relief that my car was in good hands. From day one, she answered all of my questions about the process of having my car shipped across country, and even gave me her direct line. She really held my hand through this process, which is amazing because I have never had my car shipped before. My move from California to Virginia was unexpected, so I was under a lot of pressure, on a tight deadline, and had a very limited budget. I did my research, and AmeriFreight offered me the most reasonable fee. And by reasonable I mean that while there were other competitive rates, I felt that I would get the most bang for my buck with AmeriFreight. Because Ali was most responsive to inquiries, and most willing to share every minute detail about the shipping process, I trusted her. The carrier picked up my car on the exact date Ali told me they would; and they delivered my car about two days early! The whole process took 7 days. And even when I couldn’t be there personally to hand over the car in California, or have it pick it up in Virginia, they accommodated my request to have a family member deal with it all. Ali provided such sense of security during a difficult time, and I am super appreciative of that.
