Ok.. I don't know where to begin with this review... BUT Craig has been nothing but helpful,as well as the woman who was the contact for the drivers!! They both had me informed about everything, at all times. Their sense of urgency and customer service has always been out of this world! I've never felt so comfortable shipping my cars, at ease! I shipped my two cars back in June 2013 and Craig found me a driver immediately, I was contacted about the drivers stats and he was there on time! My cars were first shipped from Cali to Fl and the driver was great! I then recently had one car shipped again from Fl to Cali beginning of July 2014, and the drivers where actually here to deliver my vehicle BEFORE estimated delivery date! I was in shock, also felt bad that the drivers probably didn't get to have a good nights rest! But that went a long way with the urgency they provide at Eship! I don't care how much they cost to ship anymore because I know my vehicle is safe and will come back home exactly how I loaded it onto the hauler. There are SO MANY SHIPPING COMPANIES to choose from and put your vehicle on, but they are unreliable and give you the run around (I attest from experience) rates will fluctuate, but if you want quality service and guaranteed delivery dates, Eship will not let you down!! Thank you Eship!!!
