The interaction with Nichole in the office was always very professional. She was honest, responsive and timely. She had indicated it could be upto 8 to 10 days after we contracted with her for a pick up, but in fact identified a driver within 15 mins and the car was picked up within 3 days. The driver, Sergei was also extremely professional and punctual and showed up when he said he would. He took great notes of the pre-existing minor scratches, the car was in excellent shape. He loaded the car very carefully on a new shiny car transporter truck. There was a BMW loaded on it, so made me feel good. He took all the notes for contacting for the car pick up cross country. He showed up on the west coast within 6 days as he said he would. The car was delivered without any hitches. Overall an excellent service and driver!
