This was my first experience in auto shipping. I researched many companies and found Fidelity Auto Shipping to have the best price and best pickup/shipping time. I ready many good and bad reviews and decided to go with the good reviews because of the limited time I had. I am stationed in California and recently married. I needed my truck to be shipped in a timely manner. My truck was not picked up in the estimated time due to the fact that their drivers "wanted to be home with family for the 4th of July weekend." Understandable, but, at the same time why say my vehicle will be shipped at a certain time, when it can't be. Apparently alot of their drivers sent in a request or something of that nature to not drive during the 4th weekend. So, after calling multiple times after the 4th weekend trying to find out when my truck would be picked up. I never got a straight answer. I was told my "order was being worked on". After other attempts of contact I was told that additonal funds were added to my order to put my truck at the "top of the list." I recieved two contact calls that my truck could be possibly picked up. Never happend. Then after another call, I got a very good explaintion of why my truck hadn't been picked up. I don't remember all the details but from what it seemed like, they didn't have any drivers that had my pickup location in their route. I don't really understand the whole schematics of it all but it was very frustrating. They have very good customer service and if I remember right Eddie was his name, seemed very knowledgable of the situation, and was very polite. I never got extra charges added to my order so that was nice. I just recently put in my cancellation order because my time scale gets smaller and smaller every day because of my busy schedule and me not being able to change much because of my military occupation. I wouldn't not recommend this place, but would recommend getting every order detail out of them before finalizing. Also, put in the order ahead of time. If you are rushed for time. This might not be the best company. This is just my experience. Hope this review helps. No grudges held against them. Just wish things would have gone smoother.
