The initial quote was 1215$ plus they sent a 25$ coupon in email (Which they totally forgot). So total was supposed to be 1190$. They have taken 160$ as deposit initially and sent only ONE dispatch information and forced me to accept it. The quote was for 1225$. After the vehicle arrived (Not on time, 5 days delay) they said they will not refund the deposit but from next time if I want to ship my car they will waive it..What the hell? Am I mad to use their service again?...I am okay with 1225$ transport price but not being fair on the deposit part was really bad. Also when I said I will deduct the deposit and pay the remaining amount to dispatcher, Lilly said I don't know what they will do to the vehicle. Is she trying to blackmail me? By showing videos ANDREW AUTO TRANSPORT company is trying to make customer believe that they are best but the reality is they don't stand on their word. Trying to cheat customers in a smart way.
After everything she says I have agreed to everything in the email and there is nothing in her hand. Yes, I have agreed to 1225$ transport fee but not extra 160$ deposit fee.

I am damn sure most of the positive reviews here are written by the people inside the company.

I have used Montway auto transport previously and they were very fair with price they have sent more than 5 quotes, gave me choice to decide and the price was below 800$.

Please do not use ANDREW AUTO TRANSPORT!!
