Lance was overall a great person to work with. He was responsive to my needs even over the weekend and made sure that I knew what was going on with frequent status updates. He was able to find me a driver in <48 hours time, an impressive feat, because the company I had originally made reservations with could not find me a driver in my scheduled pickup window even though they had 3 weeks to do so. Everything in the process went smoothly from pick up to drop off and given all the nightmare stories I have read about regarding transporting of cars, I was relieved that my experience was a positive one.
