If you like paying for a service that makes you wait around on their hand and foot then this is the company for you.

Scheduled a pick up date window for June 23rd ( 3 days less or more of that date was the window) Once i made my $222 deposit they assured me they had they're own trucks and don't work with a third party meaning there will be no issues with those dates. The day of the estimated pick up date I never received a confirmation on my car being picked up . When i called they gave me a run around saying that the truck that was suppose to pick up my car "broke down" and was being repaired. After numerous calls and empty conversations with different operators my car was finally picked up a week later. As if moving from coast to coast wasn't expensive and hard enough ( New Jersey to Arizona) Once the car finally arrived I was asked to pay an addition fee to the trucker because the truck driver and the broker ( Nation Auto Shipping ….. so much for having their own trucks) agreed on a price which didn't match my contract. I did call the accounting department at National and got a refund for the extra charge the trucker charged me. All of this was such a headache and too stressful for someone who is moving cross country. I read other reviews with the same complains ( Late… empty promises… and "broken down trucks") RESEARCH and find a reliable shipping company.
