After calling many transport companies, a friend recommended AMeriFreight, and once I found them (Ibelieve there is another company doing business as AmeriFreight) I realized how much better it was to use a broker to contract with a trucker to haul a car across the country.
They were knowledgeable (and spoke perfect English) when it came to instructions, how they worked, how long it might take to find a truck company, and so on. also if our AmeriFreight contact could not answer the depth of insurance questions we had, he turned us over immediately to someone in house with that expertise.
We were incredibly please with this firm and would heartily recommend them, as well as use them again.
