The quality of service should include consideration to items less tangible than on-time pick-up and delivery, or condition of vehicle at delivery, etc., all of great importance and necessary elements in determining a transporter's rating. Missing are the intangibles that resulted in my overall rating of "Excellent". These are, among others, patience of the contact at Angel's in answering questions, and more questions; providing information that is meaningful to first time users of the service; timely and well informed call-back, or email replies to questions. I do not know if or when I shall again require a vehicle to be moved for me, but I am sure that I shall call Angel's, and I am sure that I shall continue to recommend them. I do expect, nor request any incentive, monetary, or otherwise for this review.
