What started as a nightmare with another transportation company quickly turned into a miracle with Bernie at Excellent Auto Transport. I booked with a company that our movers suggested and that company proved to be unreliable, undependable and unresponsive. I was panicked because we needed our car by a specific date and the window was closing (we gave them lots of notice). I called Excellent Auto on a Sunday and Bernie answered. She is a true angel sent from heaven. She explained the process of shipping a car with a broker. She told me what a reasonable price would be to put on the board for our car to get shipped.

I immediately called the other company to have our listing removed with them. Of course I had to leave a message because they quit answering the phone. I don’t know if they did take it down because they never called me back. I guess that is their standard operating procedure.

On Monday, Bernie had a driver lined up and our car was just picked up this afternoon! It will make it by our deadline on Friday, baring anything unforeseen. I truly believe that if I had not called Bernie, my car would still be on the board with the other company and we would have moved and not had a car.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Bernie. You are a true professional!!!

Hi Lauren, Thank you so much for the kind words. You are truly a joy to work with. In our transport world we can touch each other in so many ways. You and I have never personally met but when we talked I could feel your desire was just to transport your son's car safely and timely to him. That was not a difficult request. You were willing to listen to the steps and walked with me through every suggestion. I wish everybody was as communicative as you. You were always there when I needed to talk to you. There are many moving parts to a good transport. The carrier we found was one we have used before and has a very good industry history. Thank you for being so attentive and involved. There are some people that I will always remember because of our bonding together and you are one of those special people. Thank you again for the kind words, Lauren.
