Overall I had a good experience with ship a car direct, and Adam specifically. Initially I had a some difficulty understanding exactly how the process worked, and I was a little frustrated that I did not have a carrier right away. However, Adam made every effort to communicate with me regarding available carriers, and assuring me that my car would make it on time, and at a fair price. I was also a bit frustrated with the timeline: the car was picked up one day late, and the driver did not give me 24 hours notice, but Adam resolved the issue with promptness, and professionalism, and checked in with me to make sure everything went smoothly thereafter. Overall, I would use this service again.
