Not only DAMAGED my S550 mercedes but lied about charges and payments!

First off my car had a HUGE crack on the bottom back back side under the door! My car was transported from California to Florida after just being purchased a few days prior. There was also a small crack with a tiny pebble in it on my windshield. (Which as most people know,these turn into big cracks over time)
if that wasn't bad enough, I was lied to about charges. I SPECIFICALLY asked and have proof of emails and all if I could put things into my car to ship at no extra cost. I was told " sure, as long as you keep them below window level in the rear of the vehicle" which is what I did.
I arrived in Florida before my car because they didn't have a driver to pick up before I flew out. So I gave my friend my keys and when the driver got there, I got a text saying that it would be over $100 more to keep the things in my car, otherwise to take them out. I explained to him that's not what I was told.( I was very careful to ask because I have a newborn baby and if you have kids you know that there are things you NEED to bring and also to calculate costs as I'm a single mother buying airplane tickets for me and 2 kids etc)
He basically couldn't do anything and I was FORCED to pay .
Fast forward to when my car is about to be dropped off....the rep, will, told me that they were taking it out of my bank account ...that was a lie...they text me saying they only take cash or cashiers check??? Really? I had to pay $10 for a cashiers check and take money out my bank and get charged to do it when I was expecting them to take it out my bank as I gave him my card info in the beginning. I see why now, there isn't anything you can do when you pay cash as far as disputing through your bank. STAY AWAY! Do not use this company. They haven't even responded to any emails or texts (only in the beginning when they wanted my business) I want our conversations documented since I was lied to several times! I will be taking this to small claims court. I just want my vehicle repaired.
