Shipping a car was a first experience for me. I was a bit worried who I can trust to ship my car from Iowa to California. I flew down to Iowa to purchase a vehicle and from there I went on this website to see which company I can trust to ship my car back to California. After reading through some experience from people using Ship A Car Direct I went and put in my quote. From there Emily contact me and I would have to say she was great. I told her I need to get my car shipped within a day or two before I had to fly back to California. Emily did everything she can till finally I got a call the day before my flight that a carrier will pick up my car first thing tomorrow morning. I was very amaze that Emily found someone to pick up my car in the morning since my flight was in the afternoon. The driver came early to the house the next morning and he was real nice and explain to us he needs to drive the car the next few miles to his truck. He told us we can follow him to the truck stop to make sure the car arrives safely to the truck. So we did follow him and I have to say he was very careful driving the car and the car safely arrive to his trailer. The truck driver told me the earliest the car will arrive will be Tuesday night and the latest will be Wednesday morning. The following week I got a call from the driver the day before Tuesday and he told me he will drop off the car tomorrow afternoon. I was real happy about the great news since he said Tuesday night. When the car arrive, the driver told me to take all my time to visual inspect the car which I did and the car arrive safely with no issues. I would definitely recommend and use Ship A Car Direct when I need to get any of my cars shipped. Great in customer service!
