Dealing with Joe was great. He was very dedicated to making sure that an available driver was found promptly by contacting several of them, even while on the phone with me. He always answered the phone and sometimes even called me back after a driver was assigned to make sure things were going well. I sensed honesty in working with Joe. Our credit card was not charged until the car was picked up, which was different with another company who I had to cancel the deal and ask for a refund.
