I found that the quality of service really depended on the provider or agent. Graham was not helpful, did not respond to my multiple emails and phone messages. I ended up being helped by another agent, who was very helpful. I asked that the new agent have my account. However, in the end, somehow Graham was the person on my account. Again, when I contacted him due to problems with the delivery, he never replied. Very frustrated with him and Amerifreight. The car made it, albeit 4 days after the estimated delivery date.
